On the upper level, Line B has two tracks and two wide side platforms. Each platform has a staircase down to the street level. Underground, Line D has two tracks and two wide side platforms. Each platform has two staircases to a mezzanine, which then has two staircases up to the street level.

In the beginning, the elevated Line B above Capitol Avenue passed through the area of Block Park without making a stop between [[Grand Central]] and [[Etho City Square]]. However, Capitol Street North was eventually added as the only stop on the elevated portion of Line B. It was the same as today when first built. Later, in 2015, Lines D and DX were extended westward from [[Block Park West]] to this station, and ended at it for a brief period before being extended to [[Western Mine]].
