== About ==
The [[Pirate]] spawns within [[Deepvale]] in the [[Deepvale#Beach|Beach]] biome alongside [[First Mate]]s and [[Sand Spider]]s. They are hostile entities that will chase after the player on sight.
* The [[Pirate]] drops experience and various items on death.
* The [[Pirate]] is a great source of coins and gems.
* The [[Pirate]] is the only mob that can drop coins upon it's death. (excluding leveled mobs and arena bosses)

== AI ==
Their AI is the same as the enraged [[First Mate]] in that they run towards the player and throw bombs, they also use the same model.

== Other ==
* Attacks by throwing a bomb that sticks to the floor and explodes in a small radius after a short duration, dealing explosion damage.
