The Infusement Altar was added to Craftland in the 6.0 Update. The altar is used to create items like Ghost Chili , Spectral Pickaxe , Spectral Shovel , Spectral Axe , and other items.
The Infusement altar must be setup with 4 sentry, helfire or angelic dungeon stone one block away in each corner, like the image below.

Zombie Head provides 1 power per head
Creeper Head provides 2 power per head
Wither Skeleton Skull
Cow Head
Sheep Head
Chicken Head provide 3 power per head.
Panda Head provides 4 power per head.
Wolf Head provides 5 power per head.
Spider Head provides 6 power per head.
