This effect is gained by eating a Strawberry. The effect lasts two minutes (2:00).
Scary Berry effects vision, and makes all light sources (and blocks with any level of light in general) transition between multiple different colors. Therefor, it makes the entire world appear as if it is rainbow coloured.
