This block is used to breed a Moa.
Breeding
To breed a moa, you first put three or more 
Ambrosium Torches in the bottom slot for fuel. You then put your Moa Egg of choice into the top slot. When the incubation process is finished, a baby moa will spawn near the Incubator.
