Wither
The Wither has a 50% change of spawning after summoning.

Iron Golem
The Iron golem has a 50% change of spawning after the spawner is activated. It has the special affect of knocking players back occasionally

Common drops
Both bosses have a chance to give you;Strawberry, Empty Spawnegg, Npc Spawnegg, Potion of Strength III for 30:00, and Cold Fire. The more damage you do (Indicated by the scoreboard when the boss spawns), the better chance you have of getting good items.
