The Tangerine Aercloud can be obtainable in 2 ways:
1. Exchanging 40 VotePoints for 3 of the cloud at /warp voteshop.
2. A common/uncommon drop from one of the new Boss Fights.
When a player or an entity walks onto/into this block, they will be sent north.
