These capes can be obtained at the voteshop near the Greycliff spawn.
Previously, the easiest way to gain these was through the "helper of the week" contest, supported by Mr. Blobby. Currently, however, the contest is not being sponsored.
Now, the Swet Cape costs 30 Votepoints in the Voteshop.
Swet Capes may be repaired using Swet Balls, a rare item obtained by killing Swets.
