On Craftland around Halloween 2014 till about New Years, players where given a chance to obtain Lollypops. White Lollypop was the only lollypop obtainable till New Years however. All the other lollypops were dropped by mobs , monsters, rock / ore through out the Halloween time period.
Lollypops might have a chance of returning for other holiday events throughout the year('s).
Each type of lollypop is able to heal their own amount of hunger. The higher you go up (aka from left to right on the chart), The more Hunger restoration you would get.
The Best lollypop for hunger restoration would be Rare Lollypop.
