Perfect Diamonds have a drop rate of 1% when mining Diamond Ore without a pickaxe enchanted with the fortune enchantment. They are also rarely dropped by the Boss Fights. Perfect Diamonds are used to craft and repair the most powerful armor and tools in the game.
