The Cloud Staff is currently obtainable in 2 different ways:
1. Exchanging 120 VotePoints in /warp voteshop.
2. Completing the Boss Killer II achievement.
When right-clicked it summons two Cloud Guardians whose fly beside your head. Every time you right-click, the Guardians will each fire an ice ball at your target doing 2.5 hearts of damage per ice ball. The Cloud Staff can be used 61 times before breaking.
