A mimic is a creature that you can find in bronze and silver dungeons. They look like chests and only move and attack if you try to open them. When defeated, it will drop a chest (or two, or three).
How to Identify Mimics
In a Silver Dungeon, Mimics can be identified by 2 chests in the same room, or being in the column of stairs.
In a Bronze Dungeon, it generally isn't possible to know if a chest is a mimic, so it is recommended to either take a chance and open it.
Behavior
Mimics will attack each other before they attack the player. An easy way to defeat them is:
- Activate the second mimic in the room, they will fight each other.
- Once a mimic has died, kill the weakened one.
