Platinum

Platinum is an in-game currency, similar to coins. Platinum can be used to buy items at the Platinum Store.

Acquiring

Platinum can obtained by the following:

• Voting (accessible by the command /vote)
• Completing Daily Quests
• Trading in Boss Medals to the npc in The Docks located in Spawn
• Getting a lucky spin in the Vote Wheel

Usage

Platinum can be exchanged through the Platinum Store to obtain a variety of items, such as Spawn Eggs, Dungeon Keys, Skins, Furniture, Hats, Spawners and more. More info on the items and their availability can be read on the Platinum Store page. Some NPCs are able to exchange platinum in select trades in a similar fashion to trades that require coins. The Vote Wheel is able to be spun at the cost of 10 Platinum.

Checking your amount

Your current amount of Platinum can be checked through the command /platinum in-game, or by the top-right corner of the Menu accessible by pressing U.

Notes

• Platinum had replaced Votepoints as of Patch 9.4, which is why both currencies have similar functions.
• As of an unnamed patch, Platinum is no longer able to be exchanged for Second Chance Coins at the Second Chance Island in spawn.
• Currently, the only NPCs in spawn who accept platinum are Lillia and the Medal Yoinker.
