About
A Cold Fire Charge functions similarly to a 
Fire Charge but emits a 
Cold Fire instead of 
Fire.
- Right click on any block and it will consume the charge and create a Cold Fire.
This was added in with the 8.053 - Loot Update P2.
How to Obtain
- They are obtainable from Elysian Dungeons.
