A new block as of Patch 8.7 that can be fueled with 
Tourmaline in order to allow any player, within a 50 block radius on the X axis (all Y axis layers), to fly.
On release, a piece of Tourmaline can fuel a Gravitite Beacon for 24 hours (this timer only decreases when the chunks are loaded).
