A new functional block that was added in Update 8.7 that can be fueled with Tourmaline in order to allow any player, within a 50 block radius on the X axis (all Y axis layers), to fly.

A piece of Tourmaline can fuel a Gravitite Beacon for 24 hours (this time decreases much slower when chunks are unloaded).
It is advisable to cover the Gravitite Beacon when not using it to preserve the amount of flight time remaining when not using it.

How to Obtain

The Gravitite Beacon can be crafted by using;

• 5x Glass
• 1x Golden Feather
• 3x Enchanted Gravitite

in a beacon-like fashion.

Trivia

• When the Fly potion effect runs out, it doesn't cause Admins and Creative Mode users to lose their flight (This is because I got very annoyed at it cancelling my flight! - Beandon).
