About
- Tempests are hostile entities that spawn randomly within the Shadow Skylands.
- Tempests can spawn as a leveled entity within the Shadow Skylands and has amplified stats, similar to Greycliff mobs.
AI
- Tempests have similar AI to a Zephyr but do not fly as high, spawn on the ground and damage the player.
- The shots that a Tempest fires are the same as a Hammer of the Tempest and blind all entities within the local area.
