About
Hammer of the Tempest is a weapon with a similar function to the Hammer of Notch, but instead of launching a hammerhead, it launches a tempest ball. The tempest ball will apply weakness and blindness to all entities within the impact zone.
How to Obtain
Hammer of the Tempest is obtainable via the Elysian Dungeon's loot chests which can be opened using a Elysian Dungeon Loot Key.
