Carved stone is a dungeon block, the only set (including Sentry Stone) that is obtainable and breakable by normal players. One of the ways to get Carved Stone upon killing the Slider, it will drop around 10. The only other way to acquire this stone, is by killing Sentries- a sword enchanted with looting may help.
