Can only be obtained by the Wither Skeleton Boss, it is a very rare drop (possibly more rare than Phyg spawners).
They are much similar to the Empty Spawn Egg, however, the egg allows an infinite amount of uses. It looks the same as the Empty Spawn Egg, except for the glow around it. Its infinite amount of uses to catch mobs and/or animals is very useful due to the fact that the player does not have to buy empty spawn eggs anymore at a price of 5 credits (15,000 Coins) each.
