The Vampire Blade is found in Gold Dungeons. It heals you by half a heart when you hit a mob with it.
As of the 5.3 Update, any new Vampire Blade obtained will only be able to do +7 Damage while the old ones can still do +10 Damage. This sword can be repaired by either combining two together or fixing in an anvil with Diamonds.
