The Flux Altar is used to create numerous items in the game using Flux levels. It is a neccessity to own/use one of these to access an Elysian Dungeon without purchasing a key.

  • As of Patch 8.77, conjuring anything within the Flux Altar now requries 1x Blizz PowderBlizz Powder!
