Information
Golden Oak Log is a log that generates on Golden Oak Trees within the Aether. Golden Oak Log, however, must be harvested with an axe with equal (or higher) chopping strength to that of a 
Zanite Axe (This being the Zanite Axe, 
Gravitite Axe and the 
Valkyrie Axe) except when using Tree Feller.
- Golden Oak Log is commonly used to create
Skyroot Plank at a rate of 1:4.
- Golden Oak Log will occasionally drop 1-4x
Golden Amber, alongside the original logs, which can be used in the crafting of the 
Hopper Duct and 
Golden Dart.
Breaking a natural Golden Oak Log, using the appropriate tool, with the Fortune enchantment will increase the amount of obtained Golden Oak Logs.
McMMO - Harvesting this log whilst using an axe grants 100 - 200XP towards the Woodcutting McMMO skill.
McMMO - When using the Tree Feller ability, all logs dropped will become Golden Oak Logs regardless of the type of axe used.
Golden Oak Logs can be most commonly found on Gold Dungeon islands within the Aether. This is because approximately 20-30 Golden Oak Trees generate on this island.
