Berry Bushes are found in the Aether. The Berry Bush is a Bush Stem that is ready to harvest. Harvesting a berry bush will yield a Blue Berry. As of the 5.92 update, there are 3 types of bushes. Blueberry, Raspberry and Blackberry. All 3 bushes work the same way, but Raspberry and Blackberrys can only obtained from certain biomes in the Mining World.
