The Infusement Altar was added to Craftland in the 6.0 Update. The altar is used to create items like Ghost Chili , Spectral Pickaxe , Spectral Shovel , Spectral Axe , and other items.
The Altar requires different skulls like Panda Head , Chicken Head , Skeleton Skull , Spider Head , and also requires dungeon stones for the altar to work.
